BUG FIXES / IMPROVEMENTS

I think this fixes the lag/stuttering when the enemies and pick ups are loading.  Stupidly I was loading the scenes one by one as they were required instead of preloading them first. 

Improvements to player cam. Clamped downward rotation so it cannot go into the floor.  Modified position in relation to the player. It 's better than before, but it's still possible to get it inside the player's head :c/
